Here is our brief interview with Nick about his experience at EcoWash so far:

What made you choose to work at EcoWash?

I chose to work at EcoWash because I wanted a unique experience rather than a traditional internship. EcoWash has given me a level of responsibility and ownership that is difficult to find elsewhere, allowing me to develop valuable skills through real-world experience. I believed this opportunity would challenge me and contribute more to my personal and professional growth than a typical internship.

What have you enjoyed the most from your internship so far?

What I have enjoyed most is the level of control I have over my own success. My results are largely determined by the effort I put into my work, which has been both motivating and rewarding. I also appreciate that there are few limits on how ambitious I can be, allowing me to continually challenge myself and pursue new opportunities for growth.

What skills have you learned from your internship so far?

I have developed a variety of professional skills, including communication, sales, time management, and problem-solving. Working directly with customers has taught me how to build relationships, handle objections, and provide excellent service. I have also learned how to manage my schedule, prioritize tasks, manage employees, and take ownership of my results. Perhaps most importantly, I have gained confidence in my ability to operate independently and make decisions in a business environment.

What are you looking forward to the most?

I would be lying if I said I haven’t had a lot of challenges in the first few weeks of production. While the challenges can be very frustrating, they have taught me a lot. I am looking forward to learning from my mistakes and improving the way my division operates.

Congratulations to Nick on being our May Employee of the Month! We are proud of all the success you've had here, and we look forward to what is yet to come.
