Looking for a low-cost, low-stress way to maintain your home? EcoWash’s subscription service may be for you. Here’s how it works:

 

After you have us perform a service, you can sign up for our subscription. This gives you four main benefits:

• A 20% discounted rate on the service you subscribe to, forever. 

• A first look opportunity at our open dates in the schedule so you can find the perfect time for us to get your project done.

• Small monthly payments to reduce the burden of a larger annual payment. 

• Regular maintenance by the same crew over multiple years limits long-term issues with preventative measures.

 

Our subscription is available in one, two, or three-year increments. The exact monthly payment is largely up to you and what plan you decide upon.

We only sell our subscription after we have already performed the service for you. This is because we generally inherit some unique issues from previous contractors' repairs and must fix these problems before starting our work. As we move forward, we can generally charge less per project (before the 20% discount), as we have the project in good shape to start working back on it with less prep work.

 

We offer a $10/month plan and a $25/month plan best suited for annual pressure washing services or small decks that need to be restained every 2 or 3 years. For larger projects, you can select a monthly payment between $50 and $150, with the price being at a minimum of 2% of the price of your project.

$10/month - Any project between $250 and $500 in total size.

​

$25/month - Any project between $500 and $1,250 in total size. 

​

$50/month - Any project between $1,250 and $2,500 in total size.

​

$75/month - Any project between $2,500 and $3,750 in total size.

​

$100/month - Any project between $3,750 and $5,000 in total size.

​

$150/month - Any project larger than $5,000 in size. For projects larger than $7,500, please contact us.

 

Due to the 2% minimum monthly payment, you must have us perform the service at least once every 4 years. If you decide on a plan that spreads out the price of the service equally throughout the year, there will be no payment due when we complete our service. If you decide on a smaller monthly payment, there will be a payment to make up the difference between the monthly payments and the total price of the project.

 

As inflation is impossible to forecast accurately, we will perform a re-evaluation of the price of your project after we complete our service. This will then be the price of the service for the next time we do the project. You will be informed of these price adjustments so you can ensure you are always getting the best deal. We offer 20% off our contract minimum prices on these projects to reward you for your loyalty to our business.
